Founder of CCS Group in 2009, Cheyenne is a Graduate of the American Concrete Institute. He has authored a distance education course through Kansas State University titled “Inspection and Maintenance of Concrete Facilities.” This course uses real world examples to illustrate when to inspect your facility, what you should look for, and when to take action, as well as a review of the types of repairs that are available and their application in today’s industry. He is a member of GEAPS, the National Grain and Feed Association, the American Shotcrete Association (ASA), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI)
Director of Operations
Following his Construction Management degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Matthew brings 26 years of construction management experience to his position as Director of Operations at CCS Group. His primary role is to ensure all projects are completed safely, reliably and with the highest level of quality for all Clients.
Matthew will bring team members together for thorough pre-planning, scheduling, coordinating and communication to ensure the best customer experience in the industry.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, hiking, biking and running.
As our Financial Spending Manager, Roxanne is a key asset in our Accounting Department. With a degree in Accounting from University of Nebraska at Kearney, Roxanne handles all job costing, bank/credit card reconciliation, and accounts payable. She also helps with cost controls and financial management.
Katie brings her knowledge and experience as the Preconstruction Manager. Her education consists of a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Management from the University of Nebraska – Kearney. Katie is responsible for managing project sales, project suppliers and quotes, organizing site visits for new potential projects, and is responsible for initial project set up. She manages sales, being a contact for customers and keeping our customer service top notch. When Katie is not at work she enjoys working out and being active outside with her husband and three boys.
Francisco brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a vast knowledge of repairing and constructing liners, hoppers, roof membranes, carbon fiber instillations, and crack and patch work. As the General Superintendent, Francisco is responsible for overseeing projects start to finish, evaluates schedules, and is onsite to facilitate and oversee proper equipment use, cleanliness, and maintenance. When Francisco is not out traveling he enjoys spending time at home with his family and children.
Jesse brings his experience of working in the transportation industry to help transport individuals and crews around the U.S. His education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota. Jesse is responsible for the safety and comfort of all passengers while following the necessary regulations required for safe operations. He is also in charge of transportation and lodging of crews during each trip. When Jesse is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his dog and hanging out with his friends.
