Founder of CCS Group in 2009, Cheyenne is a Graduate of the American Concrete Institute. He’s authored a distance education course through Kansas State University titled “Inspection and Maintenance of Concrete Facilities.” This course uses real world examples to illustrate when to inspect your facility, what you should look for, and when to take action, as well as a review of the types of repairs that are available and their application in today’s industry. He is a member of GEAPS, the National Grain and Feed Association, the American Shotcrete Association (ASA), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI)
Chief Operating Officer
With over 30 years of experience in management, estimating and business development, Rich is excited to be joining CCS Group, LLC. Prior to taking this leap, he managed operations and business development for a concrete restoration contractor specializing in the structural assessment and repair of grain handling facilities, flour/feed mills and mining/cement facilities. Rich has also been involved in many other large commercial, institutional and industrial construction projects over his career. He is excited about “the opportunities, potential, and synergy that this partnership creates. And he is equally as excited to see what the future holds with his and Cheyenne’s combined knowledge of the agricultural and concrete repair industry.”
With an extensive background in electric utility and corporate safety, Rod is our Director of Safety and Quality Assurance Manager for CCS Group. He is an OSHA Certified Instructor, holds an Advance Safety Certificate from the National Safety Committee and is one of the first 200 people to obtain his CUSP-Certified Safety Professional credentials from USOLN. Directly in line with CCS safety values, Rod has never had an incident of lost time while leading crews. He has served on the national board of the “Utility Safety Operations &Leadership Network” (USOLN) and helped author the “Frontline Leadership” training program being taught around the US today.
As the Administrative Manager, Brenda brings over 20 years of dedicated administrative experience. Brenda provides administrative support to our CEO as well as our executive staff. She is responsible for assisting with multiple projects and maintaining organization in our CCS Group office.
As our Financial Spending Manager, Roxanne is a key asset in our Accounting Department. With a degree in Accounting from University of Nebraska at Kearney, Roxanne handles all job costing, bank/credit card reconciliation, and accounts payable. She also helps with cost controls and financial management.
As CCS Group’s Controller, Jill is responsible for all our accounting operations. She procures purchase orders, oversees billing, and keeps our financial systems running smoothly. With a B.S. Degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Peru State College, Jill has over 15 years of accounting experience.
Business Development Manager
Shane Harders joined CCS Group in 2013 as a crew supervisor. Known for his success serving customers, leadership and management skills, he was recently promoted to Business Development Manager. Shane is responsible for site assessments and scans, project estimates and providing excellent customer service. He is excited to offer customers lasting solutions that will insure their facilities can safely handle todays demands. A rural Nebraska native, Shane enjoys the great outdoors. He along with his wife, Michelle, and their children Trevor, Chelsea and Tucker spend free time at their cabin on the Blue River.
New to the company, Troy is already making great improvements to CCS’s operations. Originally from Slater, Missouri, Troy began his career over 15 years ago as a millwright-welder. Troy became a Project Superintendent at the young age of 21 years old, and has since risen to Project Management and now on to Operations Management. Troy has overseen projects all over the United States, including the Hawaiian Islands, and Canada. Having a vast experience in concrete, slip forms, millwright/mechanical, and welding/fabrication Troy not only knows the repair aspect, but he understands the total package from the ground up. He has a vocational diploma in Building Trades, numerous certifications, and is a military police Army Veteran. His tasks include overseeing the operations of CCS, he builds the project schedules and shop drawings, as well as provide leadership to all CCS’s crews ensuring the highest quality is provided to the customer safely, on schedule, and within budget. Troy is proud to have a home at CCS because of the demand to provide quality, and dedication to every customer regardless of size or scope of the project. When Troy is not in the office or on a job site, he spends his time outdoors as an avid hunter or with his family which includes wife Christina, daughter Briana and two sons, Brett and Brody.
Human Resource Director
New to CCS, Katie brings her knowledge and experience as the Human Resource Director. Katie is responsible for managing recruiting and hiring employees, coordinating employee benefits and preserving the employer-employee relationship through designing an effective employee relations strategy. Katie also ensures that employees have a safe working environment, free from discrimination and harassment. When Katie is not at work she enjoys being active outside with her family, which include her husband, Derek and twin boys, Kade and Cole.
