Cheyenne is a graduate of the American Concrete Institute and founded CCS Group, LLC, in 2009. He authored a distance education course through Kansas State University titled “Inspection and Maintenance of Concrete Facilities.” This course uses real-world examples illustrating when facilities should be inspected, what to look for, when to take action, and a review of the types of repairs that are available and their application in today’s industry.
He is a member of GEAPS, the National Grain and Feed Association, the American Shotcrete Association (ASA), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
Following his Construction Management degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Matthew brings 26 years of construction management experience to his position as Director of Operations at CCS Group. His primary role is to ensure all projects are completed safely, reliably, and with the highest level of quality for all clients.
Matthew will bring team members together for thorough pre-planning, scheduling, coordinating, and communication to ensure the best customer experience in the industry.
When he is not working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and running.
Safety & Quality Assurance Director
Austin brings five years of construction accounting knowledge to CCS group after an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and a Masters in Business Administration from Chadron State College. As Controller, Austin handles several financial activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payroll. Additionally he offers financial management, job costing, and insurance insights.
When away from the office Austin enjoys traveling to sporting events and spending time with his wife, son, and dog.
As our Financial Spending Manager, Roxanne is a key asset in our accounting department. With a degree in Accounting from University of Nebraska – Kearney, Roxanne handles all job costing, bank/credit card reconciliation, and accounts payable. She also helps with cost controls and financial management.
Human Resources Director
Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education and an MBA with an emphasis in human resources; she earned both degrees from the University of Nebraska Kearney. Jessica currently serves as the president-elect for the Lincoln Human Resources Management Association in Lincoln, Nebraska. She has been working in HR in some capacity for over 15 years.
When not at work, Jessica enjoys traveling and adventures with her family.
Marketing & Office Manager
Carole grew up on a cattle farm in northeastern Nebraska and received a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Minor in Spanish at the University of Nebraska – Kearney. She has two decades of marketing and communications experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. At CCS Carole is in charge of brand management and marketing in addition to crew travel logistics and office management and staff support.
In her free time Carole enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and pets. She is also an avid Husker wrestling and volleyball fan.
Jesse brings his experience of working in the transportation industry to help transport individuals and crews around the United States. His education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from the University of North Dakota. Jesse is responsible for the safety and comfort of all passengers while following the necessary regulations required for safe operations. He is also in charge of transportation and lodging of crews during each trip.
When Jesse is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his dog and hanging out with his friends.
