Office Manager/ Bookkeeper

Summary

CCS Group is currently seeking an Office Manager to ensure smooth operations and organization while also maintaining a positive office environment. This individual will also help spearhead the day-to-day accounting and financial needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversees the daily work activities of the office.

  • Provide clerical support including but not limited to, answering phones, handling all mailing, shipping, and delivery of packages, welcoming office visitors, and updating the company calendar.

  • Plan and organize company events.

  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including air travel and lodging for company.

  • Ownership of all meeting minutes and audio-visual equipment

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies.

  • Working with the Operations Director ensuring that pre and post – job needs are being met.

  • Manage and input financial transactional data into various company softwares.

  • Input all missed punches and PTO requests into HRIS system.

  • Assist leadership team in ensuring deliverables, follow ups, and project timelines meet client expectations.

  • Easy-going and adaptable is a must

  • Organization and attention to detail

  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Thrives in a team environment

  • Ability to travel to annual tradeshows and off-site training as needed

Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience required

  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
