Project Manager/ Estimator

Summary

CCS Group is looking for a motivated Project Manager/ Estimator to assist in the management and estimating of our projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage the ordering of materials, equipment, and tools to meet the demands of each project

  • Draft project schedules, estimates, and other deliverables for the CEO and Operations Director to review

  • Support field team by problem solving, troubleshooting, and distribution of project information

  • Ensure that teams are installing work in accordance with contract terms and within manufacturer's material guidelines

  • Assist with internal team pre-job meetings

  • Stay current on industry pricing for estimation accuracy and research new products, means, and methods

  • Work with customers and engineers on the progress and submittal of each job

  • Any additional duties assigned by Operations Director to help streamline companies project needs

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in construction management is preferred but not required

  • Construction Management / Construction Engineering Degree is a plus

  • Contract Document Comprehension        

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Willingness to travel 15% - 25%

  • Estimating, Microsoft Office

  • Possess or willing to obtain OSHA 10 and 30 hour

  • Current drivers license
